Bezig met het dagelijkse leesvoer toen ik een post van Jacob Nielsen tegen kwam over het testen of raden nieuwe features op websites. Het verhaal gaat over de vraagstelling of gebruikers zelf fontsizes moeten kunnen instellen op pagina’s sites.
Jacob wil in zijn post niet uit de doeken doen op welk discussionboard deze discussie begon, gezien er experts een reactie geven met ieder hun eigen expertise, even een highlight uit zijn verhaal:
